Position Summary:
The Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA) Specialist will support hazard mitigation and disaster recovery efforts under FEMA's Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) programs. A successful candidate will have experience using FEMA's BCA Toolkit navigating complex project types and performing state-level application reviews to ensure compliance and funding success. This is a full-time position that will be remotely based with client travel involved as needed.

Compensation for the Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA) Specialist Includes:
Salary Range of $90,000-$175,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, location, travel requirements, and other business and organizational needs.
