Position Summary:
The Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Project Manager will manage CDBG-DR teams that include infrastructure, housing, economic development, and public services projects, cross cutting federal statutory requirements applicable to CDBG-DR, financial management, subrecipient management, systems of record, and consulting teams in providing programmatic and administrative support to local and state government clients in the implementation of CBDG-DR grants. This is a contract-based position that will be on-site in Asheville, North Carolina but may have occasional remote flexibility.
