The AI Solutions Lead will be responsible for helping our firm to identify, develop, and implement practical AI applications for both internal operations and client engagements. This role blends hands-on development, data analysis, and business problem-solving. You will play a key role in shaping how our firm uses AI, building initial solutions, and helping define our long-term AI strategy. A successful candidate should have solid technical and analytic experience and be ready to step into a leadership-facing position, helping to drive business impact.

Responsibilities for the AI Solutions Lead Include:

• Partner with internal teams and clients to identify high-value AI use cases, translating needs into actionable deliverables and solutions.
• Design and build AI-powered prototypes and MVPs, such as internal copilots, workflow automation tools, and document processing and summarization solutions.
• Analyze, prepare, and structure data for use in models and applications.
• Support deployment of solutions, collaborating with internal teams and vendors, and drive adoption and best practices.
• Offer client support where necessary, including communication of AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, leading AI discussions, demos, and workshops, and defining the scope of AI-related engagements.

Qualifications for the AI Solutions Lead Include:

• Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in data analytics, data science/machine learning, software development, or technology consulting.
• High school diploma or G.E.D required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with Python, APIs, data transformation, and machine learning.
• Proficiency with Claude, OpenAI, Notion, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of cloud-based environments, such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and a consulting, customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Compensation for the AI Solutions Lead Includes:

• Salary range of $100,000 - $135,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, location, travel requirements, and other business and organizational needs.
